RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. All retuned items must be in new and unused condition. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return back to me. Please email me at thelittlethistle3@gmail.com for a return address and/or instruction on how to package your product for return if you do not have the original packaging any longer. 

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by The Little Thistle. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days for your retum. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. I will contact you via email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Paper Lanterns cannot be returned due to the fragile nature of the product. For products that are defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact me by email at thelittlethistle3@gmail.com for reimbursement.
